What black radio says about flash mobs

Patrick F.H. writes:

I have been listening to the “Power” radio (“Black Power Radio”) on Sirius for the past two days (I am doing it so you don’t have to). Black flash mobs have been raised twice. In the first instance, the black commentator expressed concern that a shop owner might shoot one of the participants of the flash mob, sadly ending a young life. The gist of the conversation was that flash mobs are dangerous for young black men because there could be violent retaliation (in the form of self defense by the mob’s targets) injuring one of the flash mobsters. So, before any blacks are injured we should stop these black flash mobs. No mention was made of the current white victims of flash mobs or of Curtis Strange.

The second reference was actually kind of funny. The commentator stated that the black flash mobs are acting out for the same reasons that the youth of Egypt revolted against their government. Thus the black flash mobs are expressing a legitimate political grievance. No explanation was provided as to how attacking and injuring white people was a legitimate expression of a political grievance.

I feel like I have served the traditionalist community by listening to this station for the past 48 hours and reporting on these folks, but I can’t take it anymore.

Keep up the good fight.

That is funny, in the sad and horrible sense of the word. Remember the “youth of Egypt” sexually assaulting and brutalizing Lara Logan? I would suggest that the black flash mobs are indeed acting out of the same motives as those “Egyptian youth.” As far as I know, the only thing missing from the flash mob incidents over here is that a white woman has not been similarly brutalized. My guess is that before long, something like that will happen. At which point, the Black Power Radio commenter will be proven horribly, ironically correct. They really are acting out of the same motives!
