Can right-wing Darwinian determinists successfully resist the inherited and dominant liberalism of the West?

In a comment, I explain further my idea that the Darwinian world view held by many race realists actually lessens the ability of whites to defend the West. The reason for this is that Darwinism, with its deterministic view of mankind, undercuts the belief that humans are capable of changing the ideas which they have inherited from the past or which are propagated by their society. To put it simply, Darwinism and political freedom—including the political freedom of white Westerners to defend their threatened race and civilization—are mutually incompatible.

Of course, Darwinians will insist that consciousness, reason, and moral choice are, notwithstanding all appearances to the contrary, compatible with Darwinian evolution. But this doesn’t change the fact that the actual effect on society of the widespread propagation of Darwinian ideas is to make people see themselves as materially determined beings, and thus make them lose the belief in their own moral freedom.
