Giving green cards to terrorists

Revelations of systematic corruption and incompetence in the Citizenship and Immigration Services (which now handles the immigration and naturalization part of the old INS) should put the kabosh on President Bush’s amnesty plan, says Mark Krikorian. How can this agency be expected to do a good job of screening 11 million illegals to legalize them if it can’t prevent people with terrorist backgrounds from being given green cards?
