Giuliani regresses
Also interviewed on BBC this evening, Rudolph Giuliani talked about how, when New York City was attacked on 9/11, he reminded people that no particular ethnic or religious group was responsible for the attack, but only individuals. The same was true now, he said. We must not claim entire groups, but only the individuals who committed the act, whom we must find and punish.
