The lawless U.S. government vs. the state of Arizona

For decades, “Sanctuary cities,” of which there are many, have refused to cooperate with the federal government in enforcing federal immigration law. But now we have a Sanctuary federal government, which refuses to cooperate with state governments in enforcing federal immigration law. The Obama administration’s punitive actions against Arizona in the aftermath of the Supreme Court decision upholding the heart of SB1070, including the administration’s declared refusal to take action against illegals arrested in Arizona, are nothing short of astonishing. Thomas Lifson at American Thinker asks, will Romney make an issue of this? Or will he just keep talking about the economy?
