Gee, how did this guy get to become a vice president? And judging from his length of employment at the various high-prestige firms for which he toiled, I’d guess he’s a typical affirmative action case. What white-run firms love to do is to bestow a great job on a minority incompetent and watch him fail. After a few warnings the incompetent either gets dismissed or lands an even better job at another firm which is happy to report hiring and firing a minority incompetent to the EEOC. Rock on, America.
