From messiah to global spreader of fear

Coming from, of all people, Dick Morris, here is one of the strongest condemnations I’ve ever seen of any U.S. president. Morris says Obama is deliberately spreading fear and panic through the world and thus vastly exacerbating the loss of confidence that has harmed the economy.
