Separationism does not mean withdrawal

Blogger John Savage wonders if I contradict myself when I call for separation between Islam and the West, and then support military strikes against threatening Muslim countries such as Iran. The problem, I reply at his blog, is that the word “separation” has a range of meanings. When I speak of separation, I don’t mean that I want to separate us from the rest of the world;I mean that I want to separate the Muslims from the rest of the world.
