Bush’s half-hearted Libby clemency

As Byron York discusses at the Corner, when Bush the Elder pardoned individuals who had been prosecuted in the Iran-Contra affair, he made a point of denouncing the political nature of the prosecutions. His son in granting clemency to Lewis Libby did no such thing.
