Bushy on board with lesbian Mary’s test-tube baby

President Bush says he is happy for Mary Cheney, the openly gay daughter of Vice President Dick Cheney, who revealed earlier this month that she is pregnant.

“I think Mary is going to be a loving soul to her child,” Bush said in an interview with People magazine. “And I’m happy for her.”

While Bush couldn’t be bothered to spend five minutes thinking about what was likely to happen in another country after he had destroyed its government, its army, and its police, he is of course a great knower of other people’s souls … like that of Vladimir Putin.

No, wait, I got it wrong, there’s no contradiction. Bush effortlessly knows other people’s souls, and he effortlessly knows other countries. It’s because he looks into other countries and into other people’s souls and he sees himself, the virtuous American, everywhere.
