Harvard forces out its president for saying what everyone in the world knows to be true

Lawrence Summers, under pressure, has retired as president of Harvard. Summers tentatively spoke the truth about sex differences, then, when he came under fierce attack from his faculty, reversed himself and surrendered in most disgraceful fashion to the feminists, and then, despite all his cowardly kowtowing, was forced out anyway. As Norman Podhoretz once said (back in the days when he was worth quoting), “For the same price he could have spoken the truth.” Summers gave up his honor to keep his job, and lost it anyway. He should have kept to the truth.
