Host cities may be taking on more than they expect

A reader writes:

Here in Houston, we’re already having trouble with the 11,000 refugees we’ve gotten. Volunteers have to walk in teams of two, and the cops are keeping a close eye on all. The people who are going to be moving into these refugee camps are not going to be cheery, self-selected, basic-training disciplined serviceman, who have to answer to a base commander when they screw up. They’re going to be denizens of some of the worst public housing projects this nation has to offer.
