Is Felt Jewish?

On the question of whether Mark Felt is Jewish, while he doesn’t seem to have any Jewish identity, it seems to me, on the basis of this photo, which was published at FrontPage Magazine, and in which he looks quite different than in other photos I’ve seen, that he is of at least partly Jewish background.
