The really important things JPII failed to do

While my analysis of John Paul II has focused on his core spiritual beliefs, here is a critique of his papacy that is more broad based: a catalog of the important things that needed desperately to be fixed in the Church, and that JPII didn’t fix, e.g., the horrendous liturgy in the American Church, the rampant leftism of American dioceses, and the poor quality of priest’s sermons. Reading this account in the context of the worshipful praise of JPII is a sobering experience.
