Does anyone ever challenge Bush on his immigration boilerplate?

The messiah from west Texas, also known as the President of the United States, met with GOP congressmen in a private retreat outside Washington, D.C. last week, and, in response to concerns about his open borders plan, repeated his mantra that “family values do not end at the Rio Grande river.” One wonders if any of the lawmakers questioned him on the logic of that statement. Did anyone ask: “Mr. Messiah, are you saying that, since we believe in family values, and since family values are universal to the human race, therefore we should admit everyone in the world into America? And if you don’t mean that, sir, then what the hell do you mean?”
