Al Qaeda seeking to destroy U.S. Capitol

Here’s the reason for the transatlantic airline cancellations over the past week: U.S. authorities have received intelligence that Al Qaeda agents may attempt to seize control of a London to Washington flight, namely British Airways Flight 223, and crash it into the U.S. Capitol building.

So now we know what it’s all about. We’re no longer dealing with some vague threat that could strike anywhere. We’re back in the all-too-concrete world of 9/11, when Al Qaeda tried and miraculously failed to destroy the U.S. Capitol and the White House. And just as they came back to the World Trade Center towers after they failed to topple them in 1993, they’re still trying to destroy the U.S. Capitol building.

Instead of living forever under this threat, instead of having to screen the passengers of every airliner flying within or into the U.S., why not simply deport from every Western country all Wahhabi and fundamentalist Moslems? And that is indeed the choice. Either we put the Jihadis and other Moslem extremists where they can’t directly threaten us, or we live under this continual threat for the rest of our lives.

It’s time to think out of the box. This is do-able. And it wouldn’t necessarily have to take the form of outright deportation. Last year Pakistani illegals in the U.S. were ordered to report to the government by a certaint date, and hundreds of them simply fled the U.S. for Canada or Pakistan. We (and other Western and non-Moslem countries) could do the same thing regarding all people who belong to Wahabbi mosques or who have demonstrated fundamentalist allegiances: we order them all to come in for a chat with the Justice Department. A lot of them would start leaving the U.S. instead. We must never forget that these people are only here because of our laxness, because of our openness to them. If we withdrew our openness and our acceptance, many of them would withdraw themselves.

Mr Auster brings up the critical; and central issue of Al Qaeda operations: Always complete a mission ! They went after the WTC in 93, and finished the job in 2001. Is there ANY doubt that they will try, and try, and try to hit the Capitol building until they finish what they started ? We are in deep trouble until we face the fact that we can not function as a Nation in this day and age with open borders.

Yes. It almost seems as if, just as Moslems can never give up a territory once they have conquered it, in the same way, once Jihadists have tried to destroy a target, they’ve laid a claim on it as the property of Islam, and must keep trying to destroy it until they succeed.

I can see NO permanent solution to this continual threat that we are under other than the removal of all Moslem jihadists and fundamentalists from the West.

Here is another cause for concern in this regard:

FBI whistleblower: ‘Questions of loyalty’ taint interpretation of al-Qaida chatter”

The Capitol may not be the only place where Al Qaeda may feel obliged to “complete a mission.” Although it is received little attention in the US media, an Indian journalist, Gunaratna, discovered that the enemy planned to crash the Houses of Parliament in London on September 11, and was foiled by the grounding of commercial flights. Why our government has not publicized this point to the skies to win allied help is an interesting question, although perhaps more understandable given the stupidity revealed in the post cited by Mr. LeFevre.

Al qaida must be destroyed and I don’t care if we have to invade every middle eastern country to do it. The war on terror is a war that must be won!

The excitement never ceases at VFR! I am thrilled that Mr. Austin and Mr. LeFevre (and a host of wonderful other folks here at VFR) are verifying an idea I had 18 months ago (upon learning about Grover Norquist’s own Islamic group, Sami al-Arian’s in South Florida and Alamoudi’s treasonous activities elsewhere and the continued preaching of hatred for America by those imams in U.S. mosques)—that if we really want to get rid of the terror threats to our country here at home, then ALL U.S. MOSQUES must be shut down and all foreign Islamists/Arabs here in the U.S. must be deported.

I took that idea ONE dangerous step further, however, then let it go—saying that it is time to break out Camp Manzanita and other relocation camps (that were used for American Japanese during WWII). All Arab Americans would be required to take a loyalty test, including a lie detector test. All failing or refusing to take the test and sign a loyalty oath would have their bank accounts frozen and would be placed in those reburbished camps until the war on terror is over.

However, since it is clear that the Bush Admin. and most of the country has no stomach for going after most Muslims/Islamists residing in our fair country, and as instead they insist on conducting a “p.c. war” against Islam, such an idea will never see the light of day.

The internment camp concept would certainly be fought tooth and nail by the Demos and globalist Republicans. Still, another attack like 9/11—or worse—and such a concept may not seem so “radical”.

In the interim, patriot groups—like Ranch Rescue in Arizona—could easily be formed and could shadow all mosques in the country. However, the easier route would be to have the FBI “bug” all mosques in the country. I highly doubt, due to the p.c. mandates of that bureaucracy, that this is being done.

The internment camp issue, while seemingly dormant, WILL come up again. My only fear is that it would be used to house traditional conservatives like me by an overzealous government!
