Goodbyes, cont.

Readers’ letters and anticipatory farewells have continued. Among other things, I feel that they are fortifying me, in an amazing way I can’t entirely understand or describe, for the very uncertain and threatening remainder of my earthly journey, and for what lies beyond that. It is a great gift and blessing.
