Allen West fights on for a true recount

John Fund at NRO explains the amazing situation of the botched vote count in Allen West’s congressional district and his efforts to get a complete recount. Though Fund, a rigidly race-blind Wall Street Journal type, won’t mention it, the truth of the matter seems to be that the people in charge of counting votes in that district are sub-competent blacks.
