We have four daughters, the first-born are twins. When I pushed the twins in their stroller, people used to say, “Glad it’s you and not me!” And I would always concur. One time I got into an argument with a very militant pro-abortionist at the newspaper where I worked, who thought I was reckless for bringing more children into the world.
