How Kansas City public schools’ anti-white teachers and teachings sent blacks the message that whites are fair game

The other day we heard about the fire attack by two black youths on a 13 year old white boy in Kansas City. Subsequently we heard that the police would not charge the perpetrators with a hate crime, even though they made racially derogatory comments to the boy as they were setting him on fire.

Now we hear, from Selwyn Duke at American Thinker, how the teaching and the entire environment in the Kansas City public schools help set up the barbaric black-on-white attack.
