Sowell on Gingrich

I first saw that article a couple weeks ago—here’s a version dated December 20th—that is, before Santorum’s victory in Iowa. I believe that Sowell was defending Gingrich from uninformed attacks, and rightly praising his accomplishments, not necessarily saying that he’s the only viable non-Romney choice.
