What is the connection between feminism and technocracy?

In the entry yesterday on The “Kiss,” a reader said that “the current state of affairs in the West is not due to the actions of feminists and other vocal groups, but rather to the complete control by technocrats over our society.” Which raises the question, is the problem technocracy instead of feminism, or technocracy operating in tandem with feminism? In a further comment, Jim Kalb suggests that it is the latter.
