The nth GOP debate

Paul K. writes:

The second most jarring aspect of the CNBC Republican debate, after Perry’s gaffe, was the presence on the panel of Jim Cramer of the “Mad Money” show. In keeping with his image, he yelled his questions in a hyper-fast, manic fashion totally unsuited to the occasion.

I was also struck by the insanely liberal assumptions underlying the moderators’ questions, among them that it is somehow our government’s responsibility to solve Italy’s debt crisis, prop up the market value of American homes, and bail out those with student-loan debts.
