The cultural and demographic threat more pressing than Islam, cont.

Last week Richard W. sent a thought-provoking e-mail arguing that the Hispanicization of the U.S. is a much greater threat than Islamization, but that conservatives are ignoring it because of their focus on the latter. (That there is such a focus is undeniable, and indicated by the fact that eight of nine entries at VFR yesterday dealt with Islam.) I posted his statement under the title, “The cultural and demographic threat more pressing than Islam.” Readers’ comments were added to the thread, but further substantive comment then came in which were not posted at the time. Now they have been posted. I regret the delay.
