Out of Arizona

Rick Darby recently spent some time in Arizona, where he once lived, and has vivid reflections both about the state, which he loves, and about the changing state of the state, which is very bad in some ways (due to Mexicanization), and hopeful in others (Anglos are talking openly about the invasion in a way they have never done before and seem to be ready to take a stand).

Follow-up entries are here and here. Or just go to the main page. It’s a pleasure to read Rick Darby, who always brings a distinctive sensibility to his thoughts about the world.
