Brewer becomes governor

Here is the video of Janice K. Brewer, a Republican who had been Arizona’s Secretary of State, taking the oath of office as Governor of Arizona on January 21, 2009, after her Democratic predecessor, Janet Napolitano, resigned to become a high-level official for the Obama administration. The part where Brewer swears to defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution and laws of the state of Arizona “against all enemies, foreign and domestic” rings with a particular resonance. It is a regular occurrence in history that bad comes out of good, and good comes out of bad. Here we have as piquant an example of the latter as we could hope to find. As a result of being loaded with a bug-eyed, slack-faced incompetent who looks as though she’s on psychiatric drugs as Secretary of Homeland Security, we acquired a no-nonsense border state governor who has signed two historically unprecedented laws in defense of our nation and our culture, and has not been intimidated by all the devilish forces of liberalism that have ganged up on her.

Brewer’s rather colorful maiden name was Janice Kay Drinkwine. So, she went from being a wine drinker to being a brewer. Whatever she’s drinking, as Lincoln said of Grant, let’s find out what it is, because I want to send a barrel of it to every elected official in the country.

The following description is hilarious and the info on Brewer’s names is great, to say nothing of Lincoln on Grant’s drinking.

“As a result of being loaded with a bug-eyed, slack-faced incompetent who looks as though she’s on psychiatric drugs as Secretary of Homeland Security,”….

Only you could come up with something like that. I love it!

Heck, lets send a barrel of it to every voter!
