Tech problems continue
I am still unable to get connected to the Internet with Covad, my new internet service provider to which AT&T transferred my account, despite hours spent on the phone the last two days. We’re supposed to be the world’s most technologically advanced country, yet our tech companies seem to operate at a third world level. The tech support people I’ve dealt with at Covad have been competent, when I’ve been able to get a hold of them, but the company as a whole is a horror.
Also, I’ve been unable to access e-mail sent to my regular att.net address. Anyone who needs to reach me should use my gmail address.
Correction: Whoops, mistake by me, I put in the gmail address incorrectly. Now it’s correct.
