Networks silent on threat to Republican congressman

While the networks continued to play up non-existent conservative “threats of violence” against Democrats, the actual arrest of a man for actually threatening the life of House Republican whip Eric Cantor was either reported in a neutral, affectless manner (NBC) or outright ignored (CBS and ABC).
