“After Obamacare”

After explaining why it will be impossible for the Democrats to save Obamacare in any form, the Wall Street Journal argues that the only way to move forward (and it says that a way must be found because “Everyone agrees that the status quo is unsustainable”) is by scrapping the Democrats’ bill and starting over from scratch, with market-oriented measures based on incentives and tax breaks.
