Vietnam and Afghanistan

For the first time in my knowledge, Frank Rich has a column in which he examines an issue instead of waging liberal propaganda warfare against conservatives and Christians. The issue is Afghanistan, seen through the lens of a new book on President Kennedy’s grappling with Vietnam in which Rich finds many parallels to the current debate on Afghanistan.
