Not just a death panel, but a death Island

As reported in today’s Mail, a British woman has died one year after being denied a kidney transplant from her dying daughter because of rules banning donor requests. The sick woman’s daughter, who was registered as an organ donor, died. The mother was not allowed to have one of her daughter’s kidneys because there were people ahead of her on the waiting list.
