Today was the 35th anniversary of the resignation of President Nixon. For those who lived through those events, the greatest political drama of our lifetime,--and all ultimately proceeding from the "everything-is-permitted-against our political enemies" mentality that Nixon unleashed in the White House--they are unforgettable.
