Which race is corrupting the other?

Does moral liberationism among whites liberate black disorder and savagery (if you think that “savagery” is an incorrect and biased word which should never be used in reference to blacks, read this and this), or does whites’ acceptance of black disorder and savagery lead to moral liberationism among whites? I had argued for the first position, and a reader argues for the second.
