Tancredo on Sotomayor and La Raza

Joel P. writes:

Tom Tancredo is the only Republican politician I’ve seen yet who is speaking honestly and boldly on this issue. The despicable leftist hack Shuster did his best to shout over Tancredo and make pathetic excuses for La Raza (and Sotomayer’s connection to it), but Tanc held his ground very nicely.

Here is the full quote from Jose Angel Gutierrez that Tancredo tried to cite as Shuster shouted over him:

“We have an aging white America. They are dying. I love it. We have got to eliminate the gringo. What I mean by that is if the worst comes to worst, we’ve got to kill him. Our devil has pale skin and blue eyes.”

So, Shuster tries to shout over Tancredo’s appropriate quoting, and then he tries to hand the floor over to a giggling woman.

This is why I don’t have time for television “news” and “commentary.” This Schuster is a tool and a fool.

“As Republicans we have a woman whose life story should be celebrated … “

Please. Setting aside the careless syntax … This is why I registered as a Republican for the primary only so that I could vote for Ron Paul (and yes, I voted for him in the general election; I could not bring myself to vote for McCain, as I had indicated I would … my viscera said NO … and this time, I thought they were right.)

Oh, for crying out loud. She cannot be the only candidate worth considering. Dump her, and move on to the next.

This is why I think that most journalists are trash.

And journalists who are considering a career move to copywriting claim to be concerned about their “integrity.” Please.
