A full week has passed since the murder of McGee

It is now 4:20 p.m. December 22 in New York City—that’s 9:20 p.m. in London. Exactly one week ago, according to the Daily Mail’s original, suppressed article (full text here) a man ambushed Patrick McGee as he was entering his home in Greater Manchester, beheaded him, and put the head in a garbage bin. Then he called the police, the police came, and he told them, “I’ve just killed my neighbour—and I’ve chopped off his head,” and led them to the severed head.

No further information about this murder or the suspect has come out. Other than the toned-down article the Mail published on the 17th, which left out the above information and more, the news media of Britain have not had a single further article about this murder. Not a single reporter has visited the neighborhood or asked a single question of the police. The name of the suspect, identified in the initial, suppressed article as a Filipino, has not been released. There has not been a single human interest story on the 63 year old pensioner who was beheaded in the front yard of the house he had lived in all his life.
