Where Palin could make a difference

Daniel Henninger, quoted by Andrew McCarthy at the Corner, says that Gov. Palin has just the experience and temperament that is needed in Washington to stop federal expenditures for special interests. Sounds good. The problem is that the vast majority of federal spending is for entitlements, and none of that would be affected by McCain-Palin type reform.
