Conservative Swede’s first appearance at VFR

Here, from December 2005, is my first posted conversation with the commenter who later became known as Conservative Swede. For the first several months of his frequent commenting at VFR, he called himself “Mr. Particular Swede,” then changed to “Conservative Swede,” an ID that, as best I remember, he adopted for the purpose of posting at this site. Given his current campaign against me, it is ironic that his very name, the very identity by which he is known, began at VFR.

Also of interest is an exchange between Mr. Particular Swede and me in March 2006 when I replied to his objections to my attack on the “secularist” anti-Islamist manifesto—and persuaded him that my objections to the manifesto were correct.
