Little Green Footballs calls me a neo-Nazi
I’ve just made some revisions to the thread, “Lawrence ‘Springtime for Hitler’ Auster gets the LGF treatment,” to make it a little easier to follow. Among other things, I’ve included the entire comment by LGF commenter “Render” in which he called me and seven others “neo-nazis,” a characterization that LGF host Charles Johnson approvingly quoted.
As I remember, U.S. libel law says that for a public person (which I would probably be classified as) to win a libel suit, he must demonstrate that the statements made about him are both untrue and made in malice. Off hand, I don’t think it would be hard to prove either of those points in this case. Email entry |
