Times agonistes against bigoted America

Here is a recent New York Times editorial on America’s “war” on illegal immigration. In the leftist, Times view of things, everything that represents the leftist destruction of America is “American identity” and “American ideals”; and everything that represents the preservation of America is something feverish, demented, and out of step with our “heritage.” The Times also wrings its hands that Clinton and Obama have dropped the ball on the issue of amnesty.
