More clueless mainstream conservatives
Spurred by Michelle Malkin, professional Hillary hater, Malkin’s readers indulge in endless meanspirited huzzas about Hillary’s anticipated defeat and departure from presidential politics. But of course Malkin, like Rush Limbaugh, despises McCain. So why are Malkin and crew sneering over Hillary’s downfall? Don’t they realize that Hillary, in this horrible election year, is the only reasonable alternative to McCain?
I think the answer is that Malkin, no matter how much disgust she may now express about McCain, will ultimately vote for him, and she welcomes Obama’s nomination because she sees him as the weaker opponent. Email entry |
