The serial Chamberlain

Scott of Powerline succinctly sums up President Bush’s repeated setting of requirements that Palestinians and other Arabs must meet in order to participate in the Mideast “peace” process, requirements that Bush has then repeatedly dropped, because it was more important to have a “peace” process (a process involving continual concessions by Israel), than to insist that the Muslim participants in the process actually recognize Israel’s right to exist. Chamberlain had only one Munich.
