Respect?
In response to an entry where I pointed out that Hillary Clinton had done something funny and that the L-dotters were making barf-sounds about it, and to another entry where I pointed to excessive attacks on her, a reader suggests I am showing too much respect for her, and I reply.
The funny thing is, from time to time I take a position or get into something that seems very badly off-base and really annoys people. But they don’t seem to realize that if they challenge me on it, then, in the very act of replying to them and explaining myself, I’m only going to be doing more of the very thing they find annoying.
