Mary Jackson on immigration

A VFR reader (identified as “M”) challenged Mary Jackson at New English Review on Muslim immigration restriction and separationism, and elicited an interesting reply from her.

- end of initial entry -

Howard Sutherland writes:

Jackson says she would end Moslem immigration - but she still will not discuss the possibility of repatriation of Moslems already in the West. Ending Moslem immigration alone won’t turn the tide.

LA replies:

Yes, and her main reason for ending immigration is to prevent crowding. Defending Britishness does not enter the picture for her.

Mary Jackson replies:

Not so. Crowding is an immediate and pressing issue, and one which Americans, who have so much more space, don’t seem to understand. But I do want to defend Britishness by stopping all Muslim immigration for ever, all but stopping immigration of any kind for at least ten years, and severely restricting it after that.
