Not Talmudic

Regarding my many recent articles on the ins and outs of who is using and who is not using “Islamo-fascism,” a friend said impatiently to me yesterday: Isn’t this all rather talmudic?

I replied: The question of whether we recognize that Islam is the problem or whether we keep talking about “Islamo-fascism” and other fictitious entities is THE issue on which our ability to recognize the truth about Islam and to defend ourselves from it depends! What issue could be more important—and, by the way, more interesting?
