Putting on the brakes is only going halfway. We need to put it in reverse and lock it. I think we have tried the diversity ploy long enough to have figured out it’s a failure and a detriment to our society, as it once was.

I guess we’re still quite a ways from the D-word that everyone knows (but no one will yet say out loud) is inevitable—deportation. But unless all the jihadists that England—and the entire West—has so foolishly let inside suddenly convert to something reasonable, there’s no other way down the road.

Would those doctors that attempted to blow up London and Glasgow fall in the highly skilled, skilled, or low-skilled category? Perhaps the categories should be narrowed to Muslim or non-Muslim to reduce confusion.

Exactly. The list of those trying to kill us included doctors, architects, and engineers, all on the fast track. A friend who is an “Executive Recruiter” (that’s “headhunter” to most of us) tells me she’s seeing a scary number of people with names like Mohammad, Ali, Ahmed, and Abdul in the resumes coming to her, with degrees from Egypt, Iran, Syria, Pakistan, Indonesia, Algeria, Sudan, Nigeria, Turkey, and the like. All of them now in the U.S., and all of them here on a green card, not on H-1B’s. Meaning they can work anywhere in the U.S.
You really think their first loyalty is to the U.S., and that they can sincerely pledge allegiance here? You’re crazy if you do.
And here’s the ugly reality.
Illegal immigration is killing us and must be not only stopped but reversed.
But Legal immigration is not necessarily A Good Thing either. And this is an example of why.

I read the article. I don’t see what the Brits are trying to do as “putting the brakes” on immigration or anything else.
I’m profoundly unimpressed by the “learn English” solution to everything. I don’t give a rat’s patootie whether wets &/or terrorist sympathizers speak English or not! What a scam. Oh, he speaks English now. Problems all solved! Move along.
