Pim Fortuyn

May 6 was the fifth anniversary of the murder of Pym Fortuyn, and Pieter Dorsman has an interesting article about Fortuyn’s bold and courageous challenge to the Dutch order and how it stirred up a moribund Netherlands. Another piece about Fortuyn recently, by Bruce Bawer, was more downbeat. Bawer said that since Fortuyn’s death, the spirit of resistance to Islamization that he helped raise up has died.
