Ethnic cleansing: another job Americans won’t do

We’ve been hearing of black-Hispanic tensions and clashes for years, but this, reported in the Guardian, is the worst I’ve heard of. Last year there were 269 gang-related killings in LA. Gang-related crime increased 15.7 per cent last year, while most other types of crime fell. Hate crimes against black people have surged. As the story puts it: With a rapidly growing Hispanic population, LA’s gang culture is shifting. It means that being black in the wrong neighbourhood can get you killed.
