How it looks to our soldiers

While our bureaucrat generals Peter Pace and John Abizaid tell the Senate that Iraq “might” descend into civil war, the American soldiers on the ground in Baghdad tell a different story—of fighting, murders, endless mutual reprisals, and ethnic cleansing of entire villages being carried out between Shi’a and Sunni. Whether we call this “civil war” or not is irrelevant.
