Après Fidel, le deluge?

A VFR reader has seen ahead of the curve to a major potential problem:

After Castro’s death ( I don’t believe his brother will be able to hang on) we will have literally millions of people heading for the Florida shores. Not to mention all the Cuban Americans going to Cuba to bring back their friends and relatives. At the very least we will have hordes of people heading to the U.S. who have not experienced a capitalistic society in 50 years.

I believe, as always, Bush will be grossly incompetent in handing this upcoming debacle.
