The establishment left seeks diversity, by any means necessary

In another sign that the enflamed and irrational left is now in open war against society, the leftists running the institutions of this country are engaged in “massive resistance” of laws banning racial preferences, writes John Leo. Thus the American Bar Association is attempting to require law schools to achieve requisite minority representation regardless of laws forbidding such measures, and officials at every level of California government are defying Proposition 2009, which prohibits preferences in state jobs.
